So far, Jean Paul Gaultier is the only couture show that's really impressed me. I don't really have anything to say. (I don't know why the photos are so tiny, asshole blogspot, hopefully they enlarge when you click on them or something)

Thimister Fall 2010 Couture (shown during Spring Couture) via style.com
I don't really see how this falls under haute couture, but it makes one hell of a collection, and a great source of inspiration. The faux blood stains (click the link to see the rest) and the colour palette are brilliant. It isn't hard to see what inspired Mr. Thimister (or maybe once you've read the review it isn't), but not in a way where it turns costumey.

Vogue Paris's take on the looks for spring - from the minds of Carine & Ines and Vinoodh. There were multiple themes; I particularly liked the girls in headscarfs in various locations.

Luxirare's own creation.. do you think they're as tall (or taller) as the McQueens?
I'm going to delete all of my posts from last year.. I just feel like starting over without deleting this thing. I'll try to post more often, without just doing editorial after editorial.
